Fireweed Pet Policies
Please be aware that not all rooms at our motel are pet-friendly. While we do offer a selection of rooms that welcome pets, we also have rooms designated as pet-free to ensure comfort for all of our guests. If you’re traveling with a pet, we recommend confirming the availability of a pet-friendly room when making your reservation to guarantee a comfortable stay for both you and your furry companion. We will do our best to accommodate your request for a pet-friendly room, but please note that we cannot guarantee availability. Additionally, pets must be registered at our motel at the time of booking. Any pets found in a non-pet-friendly room will be subject to fines.
Important Guidelines:
- A pet fee of $20.00 per night applies to each room, for additional cleaning and maintenance.
- A maximum of two pets are allowed per room.
- Pets may not be left unattended in guest rooms at any time.
- Pet owners are responsible for their pets at all times during their stay. All dogs must be kept on a leash at all times while outside the room.
- Damages: Pet owners are also financially responsible for any damages caused by their pet. These charges will be added to your room bill.
- Noise level: Please be mindful of the noise disturbances caused by your pet, if the noise level becomes disruptive to other guests, we will request that you address the issue promptly.
- Reminder that pets are only allowed in designated pet-friendly rooms. If a pet is found in a non-pet-friendly room, a $200 cleaning fee will be charged to guest’s credit card.
*All guests with pets are required to review and sign a Pet Agreement Form at check-in. Guests who refuse to sign will not be permitted to stay. Failure to comply with the Pet Terms and Conditions may result in immediate eviction from the room, regardless of the time.*
